MGX, the Artificial Intelligence Infrastructure Partnership (AIP), and BlackRock's Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP) have completed their acquisition of 100 per cent of the equity in Aligned Data Centers, in a transaction representing an enterprise value of approximately US$40 billion, one of the largest private investments made to date in digital infrastructure.
